What is PayManila?

PayManila is primarily a service provider that caters to the special needs of the Pinoy OFW back home. We help the overseas Filipino worker settle some simple tasks like paying their bills, reload their cellphone credits, etc.

Right now, we have launched our eLoad Services. You can now buy eLoad credits for your Smart, Globe and Sun prepaid cellphones. Soon, we will be offering more services.

Are you a remittance center?

No, we are not. Nor are we a payment processor. However, if you need the services of a remittance center or a payment processor, we are willing to help you, and point you to the right direction.

What is the reserve ticket for?

Reserving a ticket ensures that you will be served promptly, in the order we receive each request. It is important that you also leave your e-mail address so we can contact you once your ticket is next in the queue. It is also highly suggested that your e-mail is also your Instant Messaging address so that our teller can contact and talk to you live.

When is the Teller online?

The teller is usually online from 7am to 10am in the morning, and 6pm to 9pm in the evening, Manila time (+0800H GMT). However, during the times that the teller is offline, you can always reserve a ticket, and leave a message or request.





When will our request be processed?

The request will be processed in 2 batches daily - One in the morning, and one in early evening. The requests made in the morning should be completed before the day ends, and the ones made in the evening will be completed the next day.

Will our payments be safe with you?

PayManila prides itself for its honest, safe and fast service, the safety of your money is our primary concern that's why we opt to put a person behind every transaction rather than automate the task and let a machine secure your money for you. Some of our satisfied customers can testify to the prompt and friendly service that we offer.

Can I use my credit card to pay for your services?

Yes, we are accepting all major credit cards via PayPal. However, take note that the currency used in PayPal is in US Dollars. Soon, we will be able to accept local credit cards, and you will be billed in Philippine Peso. You don't need a Paypal account to pay us using your Credit Card, however take note that the bank will charge a Credit Card Processing fee which will add to the overall cost of your transaction.

I don't have a PayPal, what should I do?

Remember, you don't need to get a PayPal account to use your Credit Card. However for online transactions, it would also be best if you have a PayPal account you can use for faster transactions. Who is behind PayManila?

PayManila is a joint project by Filipino Entrepreneurs to address the needs of the Filipinos in giving them avenues and tips in handling their Money safely and securely.

Can I use your Logo on our Site, Shirts and other paraphernalia?

For Promotional purposes yes you can, remember however that our logo is copyrighted under Designer Graphics 9, www.dg9.org and is protecred by Driot Morale and the VARA Artists rights, this includes all logos, icons, colours and other graphics and images on this site unless explicitly stated.
