Under po dun sa Paybill (http://www.paymanila.com/paybill.php), di po magkasya yung email address ko. Baka po kasi may dumating na other users na mas mahaba ang email address kaysa sa akin. Smiley

Will edit it as soon as we can.


In the meantime, maski "putol" ok lang po.  We just use the queueing form as a reference naman, to see if it matches when you send the funds.

I have had several transactions with paymanila

I was so satisfied but today...well, I suggest you should tell the real reason why i cant do a transfer

 "it's 3 day after "
not some "error" in smart and gcash

suggestion : "its not what you say but how you say things"

I suggest you lower down your fees sir. As far as I can remember, it was just last year ata or last two years when I availed of the service worth 5K plus and ang fee less than 200php lang. Ngayon, 500php transaction, 100php fee lahat lahat via Paypal din. Nakakagulat lang kasi ang biglang taas. I want to avail of your service sana continuously pero I suddenly find the fees really unfair. Just a suggestion, my two cents. Baka kasi in just a flick of a second, magka-prob kayo bigla sa business due to customer experience. You would probably say I can always not avail pero just for me to express my friendly suggestion/advice lang. Thanks Paymanila still!

But you'd be surprised, we never changed our fees in PayPal-related transactions.  Everything is based on realtime BDO rates.

Like today, if you intend to pay your P5000 worth of utility bills, you will need $121.75.  And for P500 bill, you'll need to pay $12.44.   If the BDO rates 2-3 years ago was 45.75/46.25 as it stands today, then you would have to pay the same amount, then and now.

At any rate, we understand your sentiment, and we will try our best to review our rates.
