Hi meron po kasi ako problem regarding paypal withdrawal

Ganito po kasi yun..

Bali nagbenta kasi ako sa ebay ng mga electronic goods, example mga product keys ng software etc.. ngaun yung account ako sa ebay nasuspend.. so gumawa ako bago username then ginamit ko sa pagrecieve ng pera e yung paypal ng utol ko.. ngaun di tuloy tuloy pasok ng pera sa paypal account ng utol ko.. ngaun nung balak ko i withdraw, sinend ko mismo yung funds sa mismo paypal account ko.. then withdraw ko.. pagising ko nung umaga na limited account access yung sarili kong paypal...

tumawag ako sa paypal sabi ko na i reverse na lang yung payment nung funds na galing sa utol ko kasi malaki kesa mafreeze.. binalik naman nila..

ngaun ang prob ko is panu ko mawiwithdraw yung funds sa paypal account ng sister ko? wala naman bank account yun saka di ko sinabi na ginagamit ko paypal nya..

safe kaya kung paypal to xoom tapos send sa bank account ko? o hindi puwede? please help kinakabahan kasi ako medjo makaki yung funds na nandun sa paypal ng sister ko..

panu ko kaya mawithdraw ng hindi malilimit yung account?
