epassporte is useful for those who are into online gaming or who want to receive affiliate payments easily. Most affiliate networks have an epassporte option. It is very secure and they have a visa card you can get to withdraw at atms

Drawback is they have restrictions on accounts in the Philippines. You can only receive money from business accounts holders and you can only send to personal account holders. To activate the account you have to receive $5 min from a business account holder. So you cannot have an activated account if you have no incoming payments..

Anyway, do you have one, fernando?  How about the chargebacks?

You said there's a VISA card provided, is it free of charge?  You mean you can withdraw directly via our ATMs here?  How about the charges kasi to wdraw from these machines?  I am sure the exchange reat is also a bit tilted to their favor too.
