Updated PAYBILL Request Form Procedure

Step 1.
Go to PayManila's PAYBILL page - http://www.paymanila.com/paybill.php

PLEASE CHECK OUR OFFLINE SCHEDULE ALWAYS.

A small calendar with color coding is posted. Schedule may change anytime without prior notice.
Regular online schedule - Mondays-Fridays, 7-9am, 6-9pm.
Special online schedule - If we cant be on during our Regular Online Schedule, we usually announce a SPECIAL online schedule.
OFFLINE schedule - totally offline, no text, no emails, no transactions.

We usually post our offline schedule ahead of time in the forum, especially if it will be for more than a day. Seldom, you may not find us online on our regular schedule. Usually, the reason is that we may have some emergency errands to do.

For those who uses SMS, strictly 9am-9pm only please. We usually reply via SMS if we can go online within an hour of the request.

Step 2.
Follow the updated procedures in sending the PayBill Request form, as posted.

VERIFIED members have our 2 contact numbers where the SMS will be coming from. We will send important news or changes ONLY via SMS from these 2 official numbers and not via email, YM, facebook or other means.

Step 3.
To avoid delays and confusion in processing your requests via PayBill, fill up ALL THE BLANKS.

Forum Name and Complete Name as Registered.
E-Mail Address: (the verified email address where the source of fund is coming from)

1. Choose the proper utility you like to use:

Meralco payment
EON credits
Globe gcash credits
Smart money credits
PLDT payment
All others not in the list will fall under OTHERS

2. The corresponding account number of the type of utility that you choose in #1:

3. YOUR MODE OF PAYMENT:

Choose which payment processor you will use to pay us.

5. PHP BILL AMOUNT

This is the value in PHP, of the expected amount of the service payment that you need. You can click on the link provided at #4 <CLICK HERE> to help you get an estimate of how much PHP your USD is worth.

6. Then the PayBill form will compute for the amount officially.

The official rate is good only when you send the request form, and your payment within a 5-minute interval. Else, you need to refresh the page to get the current realtime rates.

7. After the PayBill request form has been submitted, you will receive an email copy of the form you submitted.

Take note of the cellphone number where the SMS will be coming from. Verified members should have our official numbers Click here to learn how to get verified.

8. Should you have any SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS, fill it up here, and NOT on the subject/message line of the ecurrency login site.

Lastly, after you've agreed to the computed amount, and the Terms and Conditions, as stated, enter the CAPTCHA details and press on the I AGREE button. Proceed to make the payments.

The request form will be submitted to us. DO NOT SEND any payments yet, unless you have received an SMS code from us (verified members should have our official numbers). The SMS contains 2 important security measures - first, a code that you need to put in the payment subject AS IS, and secondly, the email address where the payment must be sent.

We will we process your PayBill request only after we received payment with the correct CODE as the subject, during our online schedule, in the manner as we receive them. How can I pay?
We offer several methods of payment. USD payments can be sent via PayPal, Alertpay, MoneyBookers, or Liberty Reserve, while PHP payments can be completed by making an online bank transfer to our Unionbank savings account.
How much should I pay?
The payment depends on the current PHPUSD exchange rates, as published in our site, and the toolbar. Currency exchange rates are updated every two hours. We reserve the right to update the exchange rates published on our website at anytime. Requests and payments received are based on the exchange rate, at the time your funds are received. Payments made are subject to final acceptance by PayManila.
I checked the calculator today, the BUY RATES says 49.10. But when I entered 100$, and press GET, it gives a return of Php 4,464.49. Is something wrong here?
Nope, everything is perfectly correct. The rates you see (courtesy of BDO website) is for your guide only. The PayManila calculator has a built-in computation wherein some fees are computed already. So the amount that you'll get is the net amount that the PayPal in USD is worth. Different e-money have different fees.
Why is there a fee deducted in the calculator?
The service fee is just minimal. It's a small price to pay, compared to the honest, fast and convenient service PayManila can offer you.
How long will the process take?
From the time that we receive your request, processing of utility bills payments may take up to two (2) business days. Be aware that PayManila we will not be held accountable if the payments do not reach before your bill's due date.
