Hello po,

First time ko po dito sa PayManila, and balak ko sana iverify yung PayPal ko using one of the Services of your Site which is PayBill ( May nakita ako pwedeng Thru Smartmoney Credits ). Ang problem ko lang po is dahil nga po hindi pa verify yung paypal ko , indi pa ako eligible para magapply para sa verifications, iniintay ko po kasi maprocess yung replacement ng Smart Money Card ko kaya indi pa ako makapagdeposit ng maayus ( sa BDO). And student palang po ako kaya wala pa po akong maipapakitang Government IDs, Student ID meron, kaso iba po yung sa hinihingi nyong verification. Pero besides to that Problem, I can assure that ginagamit ko yung personal information ko sa pagregister sa mga sites like PayPal which i've gotta funds pero indi pa verified.

Kung meron po kayong ibang options para sa verifications, open po ako dun.

P.S. Need ko lang po talaga makapagsend ng funds from my PP to Smart Money by other means aside from withdrawing para po maverify yung PayPal ko.. :D

Kung gusto mo iverify paypal mo for a year atleast, Interesado ka bumili ng Virtual Credit Card? Its good for 1 year and reloadable pa so hindi talaga magsususpetya sayo ang paypal. $7 each lang

Pero make sure din na may mga supporting documents kayo to identify yourself, like utilities bill, bank acct statement, etc

Minsan kasi, random checking bigla ang PP, lalo na sa mga new accts, at newly verified accts.
