We apologize for the Downtime of the PayBill Service. We have been making some changes server side to make your PayManila experience a lot better. Ping is the front runner of PayManila and I am at the back like a shadow... Lol! Anyway if you encounter any difficulties accessing and using PayManila, drop the note on this thread, or Simply PM me, CHRYMO.
