 read How do you withdraw your money from PayPal using your UnionBank's EON card? Here's how you can do it  yahoo

1.   Log in to your Paypal account and then click the My Account tab.  Choose the option Withdraw.

2.   You will be given two (2) options when you withdraw. It’s Withdraw to Card or Withdraw to Bank Account. If you choose the option Withdraw to Bank Account, please enter your 12 digit account number (1094 xxxx xxxx). However if you choose the option Withdraw to Card, please enter the 16 digit card number (4404 xxxx xxxx xxxx). Take note also that if you entered the wrong information, your withdrawal will be rejected by the Bank and PayPal will charge charged a return fee.  So please be careful  nono

3.   Select the bank (UnionBank) and enter the amount to be withdrawn. Withdrawals amounting to Php 7,000 or more are free of charge, and a Php 50.00 fee for Php 6,999 and below.

4.   Confirm the transfer. The transfer from your Paypal to your EON account will usually be completed within 5 Banking Days. It takes 4 Banking Days before UnionBank receives the money from Paypal, and then it takes 1 Banking Day for UnionBank to credit the amount withdrawn to your EON Account. However, this may be shortened depending on the relationship you had with paypal. Meaning the more frequent you do transactions using your paypal, the faster the verification would be.

5.   Log-in to your UnionBank Cyber Account Online at www.unionbankph.com to confirm the receipt of your money or just check your EON Card using the ATM. Once your money is already available,you can withdraw it using the UnionBank ATM or you can withdraw it over the counter. However for over the counter withdrawal, we charge a fee of Php 100 per transaction. For UnionBank's ATM withdrawals, we allow 2 free withdrawals per month. On the 3rd withdrawal, we charge Php 10 per transaction.

hi, i am having problem with paypal. i just verified my account, and when i was about to withdraw, my account says it is LIMITED. REASON: bank notified them that card may have been lost or stolen.
But it is really not.

now, when i am to report it to the resolution center for review, it only says "this system is unavailable this time. try again later"

this has been the problem since last night. i really need to withdraw funds, enrollment is coming in, please help.

Not sure what happened.  Only way to find out is to call PayPal main office, or email them your situation.

No, not that we know of.  But as of today, you can use the GMAIL Phone Call and call the PayPal USA for free, Tel# 14029352050.
