2. You have one of the following local PHP accounts:
- bank account, debit card, SmartMoney or Gcash.
3. You have at least 2 government-issued ID's such as, but not limited to, passport, postal ID, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, etc.
4. You must be a registered member of PayManila forum.
Here's how to get your PayManila Membership VERIFIED:
1. Scan and submit 2 government issued ID's to us. Send it to
paymanila@gmail.com, with the subject "VERIFY ME (your username)." You need to use the same email address where the funds will be coming from.
2. One of the IDs must include your postal address.
3. Your name and email address should MATCH with information as your verified PayPal and/or AlertPay account.
4. Make sure to include your contact details, too - home/office address, landline or cellphone number.
