 1. Login to your paypal account. If you don't have go to Paypal.com and sign up.

    *  Go to My Account
    *  Point to Profile tab then click the sub menu add/edit credit card. Or click the  "Unverified" status near your name
    *  Choose MasterCard in Card Type in the drop down list.
    *  Enter your BDO Atm Debit Card 16 digit numbers, the expiration date and the three digits Card Verification Number then click the "Continue" button.

2. A confirmation page will be displayed. Your card will be charged $1.95 but Paypal will refund it within 24 hours after you confirm your card.  The charge creates a unique 4-digit code that will show up on your card statement in few days (from two to three days). Then go to the BDO branch and ask for your bank statement. Or if you have the Electronic banking, you can check the Paypal  code there.

3. Once you have the 4-digit EXPUSE Paypal  code. Login to your account again and then click on the Confirm my debit or credit card link on the Account Overview.

4. Enter the 4-digit EXPUSE Paypal  code in the designated box and then click the Submit button. A confirmation message will be sent to you that your account has been verified.

verified na po ako sa paypal sa ibang credit card noon pa. tanong ko po ay may nakalink na ko na bdo account sa paypal ko. at the same time atm debit card din sya pero hindi ko ma i add sya as a creditcard e mastercard naman. diba po magcoconflict yun? need to rin kase mafund ang paypal ko to transfer to a friend abroad. sa tingin ko po kase mas mura kaysa sa wire transfer... thanks

may problem ako sa paypal ko..di ko alam bakit naging limited account ko..if magwithdraw ako i make sure na mag iiwan ako ng balance as long as hindi maging zero.. on hold funds ko di ko ma withdraw sa bank..any advice? na check ko pala na di pla mga verified yung accounts na ngsend saken.. please help i need my funds :'(..

Hi,

I'm hoping someone hear can help me out.  I've been trying to add my BDO ATM Debit card to my paypal.  It has the mastercard logo on it and I have activated BDO internet banking.  But when I try to add the card I still keep getting the following error:

We were unable to verify this credit card. Please check if the information you entered is correct. Please also make sure your credit card billing address matches your PayPal street address.

Mas ok at di complicated if you get a UBP eon debit card po, kasi tried and tested na talaga yun eh.

Ang alam ko, VISA lang ata pwede sa PayPal, kaya siguro na reject yun MC mo?  Not 100% sure though.
