there should be parang limit sa charges sa mga services. for example

$200 x Php47.90 = Php9780 (Actual Rates)
$200 x Php47.90 = Php8800 (Paymanila Calculator)

difference = Php980

there should be some kind of limit where max deduction for the services of paymanila will just be (an example) Php500 (especially to verified members)

let's say increase natin to $500

$500 x Php47.90 = Php23950 (Actual Rates)
$500 x Php47.90 = Php22020 (Paymanila Calculator)

difference = Php1930


I know namn na maliit ang exchange rate ng PayPal compared to the actual rates.

Nice suggestion, ace_maranga!   

However, pag nag cash out na kami sa PayPal mismo, "by the dollar" din kasi ang computation nila - by percentage din kasi.  If we put a cap, or limit sa service charge namin, there might be a point na baka mas malaki na ang kaltas ng PP sa amin, kesa kaltas namin sa inyo.   Take note too, that PP charges about 2.5 - 3.5% sa actual rate, and not 47.90 as published.

Sa PayBill services namin, if you used PHP in paying, the service fee is fixed at a promo rate of PhP 25 (regular rate is Php 50).
