If I am not an Islam, can I open a no-swap MT4 account with Instaforex?

I plan to SELL AUDUSD, and might hold on to it for a while.  But the high swap rate might be not so good for my account?

FxPro allows swap free account.  I am not sure about any fine prints "conditions" though, if there is any.
