My brother is in the US and he wants to send money but can only use his credit card to keep his cash flow in check. Does Paypal allow this? Credit card to Paypal tapos Paypal to my BPI debit account.

How do I do it?

Great!  Then that should be easy.

Mag send lang brother mo thru Paypal using the credit card link to it.  Then after 3-4 days, after the status is complete, you can now withdraw it to your BPI naman.  Again another 3-4 waiting ...
