Saturdays, except holidays
- 8am to 11am
On YELLOW DAYS, usually, it means we can’t go online during our regular hours. Starting June 2011, we have classified our Saturdays as “regular” YELLOW DAYS, and be online from 8am to 11am, unless otherwise announced.
On other YELLOW DAYS, we will, most probably, be online during our morning schedule, or only during our evening schedule. Sometimes, we can be online anytime in between. Watch out for the announcements as well, on this site.
On RED DAYS, like weekends and holidays, we do get online “sometimes,” to check on some emails, and do stuffs online. If you do catch us online on YM, then try to catch our attention. Most probably, we can do a quick service for you. UNLESS, it is announced explicitly on the schedule that we can’t process requests on certain days.
The basic rules of the thumb are simple:
1. If you see us online (whatever the day/time), it is almost always ok to request for services. Sometimes, on YELLOW DAYS, not all services may be available. Check the ONLINE HELP SCHEDULE tag for more details.
2. If you send us an SMS (within 9am-9pm ONLY please), and we were not able to reply, it means we can’t get online within less than an hour or so.
3. Lastly, always include your name/username when you sent us SMS. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Also, for those who got our number/s, we can only do transactions while
we are online, and please, within
9am - 9pm, Mondays to Fridays only. If we didn't reply immediately, meaning, we can't go online within the next 1 hour. Lastly, always include your name/username when you sent us SMS. Thank you for your understanding.
