7. I am supposed to receive an email from PayManila.com, but I do not see it in my inbox?Try to check your spam inbox as well. Sometimes, the auto generated reply email lands in the spambox.
8. What are the banks, and other financial instruments you have in your offer?We can do a wide range of combination of transactions - from EON to Gcash, Gcash to Metrobank, PNB to PayPal, BPI to SmartMoney, LibertyReserve to BDO, PayPal PHP, Western Union USD, PHP or USD bank notes deposit, Gcash to LibertyReserve, etc. You name it, we can do it! Even during outside our ONLINE SERVICE SCHEDULE times, as long as we are online, there's a high probability that we can process your requests.

Pre-requisites:1. Your PayPal, AlertPay and/or MoneyBookers accounts must be verified.
2. You must have one of the following local PHP accounts:
- bank account, debit card, SmartMoney or Gcash.
3. You have at least 2 government-issued ID's such as, but not limited to, passport, postal ID, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, etc.
4. You must be a registered member of our PayManila forum.
Here's how to get your PayManila Membership VERIFIED:1. Get ready with your latest 2 government issued ID's, and upload using

2. Send the verification email to us - you need to use the same email address where the funds will be coming from.

1. Do I really need to be verified with PayManila.com? Before you can transact with
PayManila.com, whether for our e-Load, PayBill or other services, you need to complete this one-time verification process (as stated
here). Once you are verified, you can enjoy VIP treatment and lightning-fast services when transacting with
PayManila.com2. What are the requirements for verification? You need to send scanned copies of two (2) government-issued ID's using your verified PP, AP and/or MB email (as the case maybe) to

"VERIFY ME (username here)" and your contact details (
home address and telephone number) listed on the e-mail body. Your name and e-mail address should match the information provided by PayPal and/or AlertPay.
3. Why is there a need to get verified by PayManila.com, if we have verified PayPal and/or AlertPay accounts already? The main reason is so that we will know we are transacting with the "real" owner of the verified PayPal, AlertPay and/or Moneybookers account holder.
4. Can I avail of your services immediately after sending my requirements?There's a processing time of 24 hours to get your account verified by
PayManila.com. After getting verified, the first transaction takes another 24 hours. For succeeding transactions, if our teller is online, you can use any of our services immediately. However, should our teller be offline, just use our
PayBill request form, and we shall process your request immediately once we get
online.
5. Will our identity be safe with you? Every transaction made is treated with utmost secrecy. We value privacy very much, and your identity as well as your payment and all the transactions with us are safe.
6. If we get verified by PayManila.com, will the fees be waived? The fees are just very minimal. Unfortunately, we can not waive the fees.

8. What constitute as "government issued ID's"?SSS, TIN, GSIS, passport, driver's license are the only primary ID's accepted.
9. After I submitted all the documents needed, will I get verified immediately?No, the verification process usually takes
24 hours to complete. However,
PayManila.com admin reserves the right to accept or refuse our services to any individual anytime. The decision of the PayManila.com admin is deemed final.10. How much is the limit in using the services of PayManila.com?Yes, there is. For starters, the limit is set at

11. When will I get a higher spending limit in using the services of PayManila.com?There's a lot of factors involved in the consideration of increasing the spending limit of a member. Usually, after 3-4 transactions, or after a month, the limit may be increased gradually.
12. I am a verified user of PayManila.com already, whey am I being asked for documents again?We try to keep the records in our private file as updated as possible, especially the email address and contact numbers. Hence, randomly, from time to time, we ask for verification documents again.
13. I am just a student, and I don't have any government issued ID's. Can I get verified?Right now, to get verified with us, you must have at least 2 government issued ID's.

2. Who can Pay through PayBill? Virtually anyone who are using services of the utility companies listed below can pay through PayBill. However, OFWs, who are "away" from home can benefit most from PayBill. We ensure the utilities bill of your family are paid every month, and on time.
3. What utilities can I pay through PayBill? You can pay your Meralco, PLDT, Smart, Globe, Sun, Maynilad Waters, Destiny Cable and Sky Cable bills via PayBill, but make sure your statements are not yet due. PayBill can also help you with other types of utilities not listed here; just contact us and we will try to assist you in every way we can.
Disclaimer:Processing of payments may take up to two (2) business days. Be aware that PayManila is just a payment processor; we will not be held accountable if the payments do not reach before your bill’s due date.
4. How Can I Pay? We offer several methods of payment. USD payments can be sent via PayPal, Alertpay or Liberty Reserve. We also accept USD notes sent to us. PHP (Philippine Peso) payments can be completed by making an online bank transfer to our Unionbank savings account.

6. If I wanted to pay in PHP, is that possible?Yes, for a INTRODUCTORY FEE of P25 per transaction (regular fee: PhP50) only, you can send us payment in Philippine Peso (PhP) online to our Unionbank account, and we will pay your utility bills for you.

The requests made in the morning are completed the same day, while requests made in the evening are processed the next day.

13. What happens next after I send the PayBill Request Form?After you send the PayBill Request Form, you will receive an email informing you that the request was successfully sent. It will be placed on queue, and shall be processed during our ONLINE SERVICE SCHEDULE on the order on how we receive the request. Kindly read the email (check SPAM FOLDER), as there are usually instructions and updates in the footer of the email.
14. After I send the PayBill Request Form, where will I send the payment for my service?DO NOT SEND any payments yet, unless you have received an SMS code from us, or inside your (private message) inbox here at the forum - verified members should have our official numbers (posted above with partial numbers hidden).
15. Why is it after we send the request, we don't get any SMS immediately?You will receive the SMS when we are ready to process your requests, during our ONLINE SERVICE SCHEDULE. Kindly check our schedule always before making any requests.
16. Can we skip the PayBill Request Form, and send the payment immediately?NO, you can not. The purpose of the PayBill form is for you to check the rates, agree to it, before you submit it. The request shall be valid for 12 hours only. After that, it shall be subject for final approval by the
PayManila.com admin prior to processing it.
17. Why do we need to wait for the SMS prior to sending the payment?The SMS contains 2 important security measures - first, a code that you need to put in the payment subject AS IS, and secondly, the email address where the payment must be sent. We will we process your PayBill request only after we received payment with the correct CODE as the subject, during our online schedule.
18. Why am I being asked to send payment to different PayPal emails of PayManila.com, from the SMS?As part of our security measures, we are using different PayPal email addresses, and we change that from time to time. Remember to follow the instructions of the SMS if they come from our official numbers only. VERIFIED members have the complete numbers, and must save it for security reasons.

19. I made a mistake in filling up the form, what should I do next?Fill up another form immediately, and specify in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS to ask us to disregard the previous request.
20. Some banks need "prior enrollment" before it can be linked to your account, what does it mean?Some banks, like BPI, BDO and MBTC, needs prior enrollment before it can be actively linked to our account. It means we have to physically print out and submit a request form at our branch, to be able to use it online. Depending on the bank, it may take up to 5 working days, before we can actively do some online transactions. Therefore, we need all the details in advance - account name, bank, branch, type of account, and account number, among others.
21. The CAPTCHA is not working?Please use FireFox browser. We are still fixing/upgrading the PayBill page.
PayBill and Realtime Rates1. Why is the rate Zero (P0.00) at the homepage? Sometimes, there will be a slight delay in displaying the of PHPUSD rate, you can refresh the page, or come back later to check it. Alternately, you can view the rates at
www.bdo.com.ph, where we base our rates on.
2. I checked the calculator today, the BUY RATES says 49.10. But when I entered 100$, and press GET, it gives a return of Php 4,464.49. Is something wrong here? Nope, everything is perfectly correct. You see, the calculator has a built-in computation wherein some fees are computed already. So the amount that you'll get is the net amount that the PayPal in USD is worth. 3. Why is there a fee deducted in the calculator? The service fee is just minimal. It's a small price to pay, compared to the honest, fast and convenient service
PayManila.com is offering.
4. Is the amount indicated in the PayBill net of what I will be getting?Yes, except for Gcash/Smartmoney, there's an additional fee of P20. Then, service requests for some banks have a feee of P25 as well.
5. Do you accept credit card PayPal funds?Unfortunately, we don't.

SmartMoney to Gcash Transfer Service
1. How does the G-cash to SmartMoney Transfer Service of Paymanila Work?Exchanging G-cash to SmarMoney is simple. All you need to do is post your request
HERE, or send your request to us via YM (username: paymanila) and post three details
- FROM: G-cash number
- TO: SmartMoney number
- amount to be transferred in pesos.
2. How about SmartMoney to G-cash?Yes, we do G-cash to SmartMoney and SmartMoney to G-cash, as well.
3. Is there a limit to the G-cash or SmartMoney to Send?You can send or exchange up to P10,000 per transaction.
4. What are the fees associated with our G-cash to SmartMoney Exchange?A minimum fee of P20 is required for amounts up to P1,000. An increase of P2 for every increment of P100 will be added. Kindly check the fees

5. Can I send money from my bank to my G-Cash or SmartMoney?Yes, you can. Transfers of funds to your G-cash or SmartMoney account are also available for a fixed rate of P25 per transaction, PLUS the regular exchange fees.
6. Can I send money from my G-Cash or SmartMoney to my bank?Yes, you can. Transfers from G-cash or SmartMoney account to some selected banks are also available for a fixed rate of P25 per transaction, plus the regular exchange fees. Check the service fee here -

3. Is the toolbar "safe" to install?Yes, it should be safe, as we are using a 3rd party application for this.
4. Why do I have to install the toolbar?For one, you can immediately see the realtime rates of USDPHP, as we use it as the basis for the rates of our services. At a single glance, you can also see if we are online in the toolbar.
