Hi, the "calculator" can be found at http://paymanila.com/paybill.php.

Pretty soon, we will be coming out with a better, more comprehensive, and more user-friendly calculator. 

You can download our toolbar at http://paymanila.ourtoolbar.com, and the link of PayBill will always be there, together with some of the most useful links at PayManila.
 
You will also get the latest news at our toolbar news ticker, re the launching of the PayBill page soon!
