Kunwari, ZERO balance mo sa PayPal, how can you use your credit card to pay?

Parang di ko makita ang option na ito?  Meron bang upfront fee ng PayPal sa paggamit ng PayPal?  How much? 

Sa Moneybookers kasi, 1.9% ang charge if you want to use your cc for paying eh

Boss Ping,

They are going to deduct it from your cc. There are no fees using cc to pay; but there are
fees to recieved funds from cc. Now the sender decides who pays this fee.
