I live in London and would like to help my sister once in a while to pay her meralco bill through online payment.. Unfortunately I don't hold a bank account back home which is one of your requirements.  I am a Paypal Account holder and have been using it on transactions mostly in Ebay, Amazon and PLDTonline.  I was glad to hear this site as it does have the service to pay utility bills ie Meralco through Paypal. 

Is there a possible that in the nearest future Smiley you can also provide this service for those who does not have a PH Bank Account requirements like on PLDTonline website that can still pay the phone bill through PAYPAL.  If it does that will be good

Hi Isabelle,

In absence of a PH bank account, maybe you can provide an ID with an address that is the same as the billing address?
