Kasi when I tried to redeem my rewards, it used up 12,500 points for P50 rebate on my post paid smartbro bill.

 walang silbi nitong SMART REWARD nila .. i would like to request na e hinto na nila itong SMART REWARDS  nila.. parang niloko lang nila ang mga subscriber nila....Last april 5 2011 naka pag redeem ako ng 100 load via pasa redeem at i received the confirmation message that indicated "YOU REDEEMED 25000 POINTS FOR P100 SMART BUDDY LOAD VALID FOR 10 DAYS TO BE CREDITED TO 09............. WITHIN 48 HRS."di pa dumating yung 100 load until now 38days na  araw araw ako tumawag sa hotline nila mula april 9 until now  isa lang sabi nila...follow up ko lang po para ipaalam sa billing department.pa balik2x nalang parang sirang plaka..disappointed talaga ako sa smart ..pinag hirapan ko makuha ang points na yan nag pa laod ako ng marami.... ito lang pala maabotan ko .....gus2 ko na mag lipat ng network....share lang po... ..
