PayManila Eload Service FAQ

1. What types of pre-paid cards are available?
Currently, our eLoad service can cater to Smart, and Globe. We will be adding phone cards, online gaming cards and internet cards soon.

2. What amounts are available?

Smart Eload
P 50 - 15 days validity
P 100 - 30 days validity
P 300 - 60 days validity
P 500 - 60 days validity

Globe Eload
P 50 - 15 days validity
P 100 - 30 days validity
P 300 - 60 days validity
P 500 - 60 days validity

3. How can I pay?
We accept PayPal, AlertPay and LibertyReserve e-currencies. For unverified members, here are some pre-requisites:
* The status of your Paypal and/or AlertPay accounts should be verified.
* Join, and be a member of this forum.
* Make sure you have been “verified” by PayManila. HERE’S HOW
* Accepting of AlertPay and LibertyReserve e-currency is subject to approval.

4. Do you accept Philippine Peso?
Yes, we do. We accept Unionbank online transfer. But there's a 10% service fee.

5. Where can I make the request and send payment?
You can use our PayBill form, or post your request IN THIS THREAD. There's a simple illustrated guide on how to use the PayBill form HERE.

6. How long will the load reach me, my family or friends?
If our teller is online, your load will reach you within minutes. If our teller is offline and you reserved a ticket, it will reach you no longer than 12 hours. Click here for the schedule of the teller.
