Nagupgrade po kasi ako to premium kaso parang di maganda kasi yung mga narereceive kong payments may fee na sya :( ano ba mas maganda Premium or Personal account lang sa Paypal and may iba bang way para di na magkaroon nang fee yung narereceive na money sa paypal?

I think it depends if you intend to receive payment via credit card.

With the current set up of Paypal fees, almost the same na ang fees ng personal at premier.  Sa premier ata (not sure), the sender is given the option to pay for the fees, or ask the receiver to shoulder the fees.
