- Fill up the PayBill Service Form accurately and completely. Be aware that you are responsible for the information you have submitted, especially the bill amount and account number.
- Make sure to provide your USERNAME in the PayBill form. We will send the CODE in the PRIVATE MESSAGE at the PayManila Forum
- Alternately, provide an updated cellphone contact number where we can send you an SMS code. The contact number must always matched the one you have on our records.
- Re-check the details entered, complete the CAPTCHA validation, and click the "SUBMIT" button.
- DO NOT SEND any payments yet, unless you have received an SMS code from us (verified members should have our official numbers). The SMS contains 2 important security measures - first, a code that you need to put in the payment subject AS IS, and secondly, the email address where the payment must be sent.
We will we process your PayBill request only after we received payment with the correct CODE as the subject, during our online schedule. TAKE NOTE: the SMS code/email should come from the official PayManila contact numbers ONLY.
- If the payment is in PHP, SmartMoney or Gcash, you can proceed with the payment, and PM us at the forum.

How does this work?
Prerequisites:
- The status of your Paypal and AlertPay accounts should be verified.
- Make sure you have been "verified" by PayManila. HERE'S HOW
We usually process payments every 12 hours, BUT posting of payments by the utilities may take up to two (2) business days.
Be aware that PayManila is just a payment processor; we will not be held accountable if the payments do not reach before your bill's due date.
Also, make sure that the payment is FULL AMOUNT of the bill.
